Chelsea Pensioners are all retired soldiers of the British Army. Since 1692 care and camaraderie have been offered to veterans in recognition of their loyal service to the Nation.  

In Pensioner Peter Turner gave us a fascinating insight into the history of the splendid Grade l and ll listed buildings, also the regular activities on offer, as well as the outreach programme to veterans from all the Services in the wider community. "People have the opportunity to address their difficulties in a relaxed comfortable setting, with someone to listen and offer support."
