The Club was honoured to receive a visit from Archbishop Costas Evangelou who spoke about his work, in particular that in Africa. He was instrumental in the funding and building of a medical clinic in Eastern Region of Ghana, and a dormitory for an orphanage housing children suffering from the HIV virus in Ssanga, in the southern part of Uganda
