The club runs a monthly Memory Cafe where people with varying forms of memory loss and their carers can visit to support each other. The guests enjoy two hours of refreshments, memorabilia, entertainment, information, informal talks and singing. This is attended by people from local care homes as well as individuals who are brought along by members of the family. The aim is to provide an atmosphere where the attendees and their helpers can relax in a neutral atmosphere, which is a change from their normal environment.

Members of the club provide the support to run each session which is held at our club venue at the Chigwell Convent, Chigwell Road on the last Friday of the month starting at 9.45 AM.
