Our Foundation scholar, Tom Kim, had the pleasure of meeting the Queen at his hall of residence at Googenough College to celebrate the 60th anniversary since the opening of the College and Halls. He did not manage to shake her hand, but many of the students dressed up in national costume to greet her. He said it was a very enjoyable event. Tom is doing a masters degree in Global Mental Health at Kings College and the London School of Tropical Medicine
