Click on read more for full blog. Ten-year-old Tommy Oliver of the Epping Forest South 52nd scout group won both the area and London District stages of Rotary's Junior Young Photographer of the year competition. Tommy now goes forward to the National final. Tommy's winning entry shows the entry hall of the Fitzwilliam Museum. The club, as sponsor of Tommy, awarded him with a certificate and photography book.
