The Club's Foundation scholar for 2018/2019, Malika Bakayoko, arrived in the UK to take up her course at Hult University in London. Malika is from the Ivory Coast, but has been studying engineering at the University in Carmaux, France, for the past three years. She is being sponsored for her studies, through the Rotary Foundation Grant, by the Rotary Club of Carmaux in Southern France. She has been living and studying in Carmaux for the past six years, completing her entrance exams (A Levels) and completing her degree in Industrial Engineering.
Malika will be at Hult University in Bloomsbury, London, doing a Masters degree in International Business Management. This is post graduate one year course and covers a broad aspect of international business on core business knowledge, leadership skills and business culture. Apart from her studies Malika has been involved with Rotaract in Carmaux.
