Crocuses planted by the Club in the central reservation of Broadmead Road at the junction with High Road Woodford have risen to bloom. The purple crocus is the symbol or Rotary’s worldwide campaign to eradicate polio and is the focus of this project. Over one hundred Rotary clubs have participated.
